our story

Our journey as New Life Christian Church began with faith and a small community. We held our first worship service on October 2, 2005, with about 40 members gathering in the Seventh Day Adventist Church building. Under the guidance of Minister Matt Malott, who still leads our church family today, we've watched our congregation grow.

By 2006, we knew God was calling us to a new home. We were blessed to purchase nine acres near Wildwood and, with grateful hearts, we broke ground on our first worship center in 2008. It was a joyful day when we held our first service there on July 27, 2008.

As our family continued to flourish, we felt called to expand. In 2015, we cast a new vision: a larger sanctuary, modern offices, and more space for fellowship and discipleship. Our church family enthusiastically embraced this dream. We broke ground in April 2016 and joyfully celebrated our first service in the new space on September 17, 2017.

In August 2025, we celebrated another new beginning with the completion of our Fellowship Hall expansion. This project added 6,300 square feet, including three new classrooms equipped with modern amenities and a covered walkway connecting the Fellowship Center to the main auditorium. This new space provides even more room for fellowship and spiritual education.

While we are deeply thankful for how far we've come, we believe God has even greater plans for our future.

We are a church dedicated to sharing God's Word and love in a Christ-centered home where everyone is welcome.

Plan Your Visit

We would love to meet you in person! Join us this Sunday for worship, fellowship, and a warm welcome into our church family.

Who We Are

Our Beliefs

The Authority of Scripture

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and our final authority in all matters of faith and practice.

The Lordship of Christ

Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God, and the only way to the Father.

The Plan of Salvation

We believe that we are saved by grace through faith. We follow the New Testament pattern of belief, repentance, confession, and Christian baptism.

The Lord’s Supper

We celebrate Communion every Sunday, just as the early church did, and it is open to all believers.

Unity of Believers

In essentials, unity;
in non-essentials, liberty; in all things, love.
